FEAR has been defined by some as False Evidence Appearing Real. The words that stand out are FALSE and APPEARANCE. Fear is a notion of what could happen. This could be based on past experiences or on lack of a proper analysis of a situation or general lack of information. Whatever the presumptions that underlie fear, it still is not REAL. It is only an appearance, a seemliness of what could occur. To begin Mastering  our fear we must define the outcome that we are willing to prevent.
