Keep Hope Alive by J Ezuh

If you have found yourself in a tight spot right now.........Good news!!! You are not alone!!! Whatever you are going through right now, is not unique to you.

There is someone, somewhere in the world going through the same thing. Now the other news is....someone else is going through something that is 10 times worse than whatever you are facing. You may be wondering why I am informing you of this seemingly obvious fact.

The reason is simple. When you realise that you are not alone in the race of life then you don't feel like the world has conspired to rain only bad luck on you. You can even try to imagine if the "other" person is coping better or applying different strategies to get a better result.

It is also worth recognising that at least one person has gone through the same problem and has come out on the other side a  much better person. This would enable you to have a focal point that empowers you through the tough times.

Life is in stages and cycles. There are upward and downward cycles. Each cycle teaches us and makes us better in handling life. Every disappointment is really a lesson learned on how not to approach that same issue.

In essence what I am saying to you is just hold that candle light up. It is not time to crouch in the dark. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. Eventually you will get out of that situation.

Are you feeling rejected, dejected, abandoned, disappointed, unloved, unworthy??? Whatever feeling characterises your state now, just hold on to the hope that THIS TOO WILL PASS.
This will not be the first time you have faced adversity, neither will it be the last. So, don't bow to the situation but ride on the waves of change to a brighter and more beautiful future.

The popular saying TOUGH TIMES DON'T LAST, TOUGH PEOPLE DO, is one to be remembered at all times.
Keep hope alive and do not bow to the pressures around you. I was having a discussion with someone on the subject of inner peace. A rich person and a poor person can both be devoid of inner peace that is because they have associated their peace with either the need to preserve wealth or the need to acquire it. So your peace needs to be separated from your wealth status and from the things going on in your life. This will help you have clarity and focus to deal with issues.

Be open to learning from people's mistakes so you can avoid them.

DON'T GIVE UP
YOU ARE NOT ALONE
KEEP HOPE ALIVE
